VisualSP for Copilot Rollouts
Copilot Adoption Starts Here Microsoft Copilot Lunch & Learn
A one-hour session that shows employees what Copilot does in their work and where to start.
One Hour, No Attendance Cap
Virtual or On-Site
Built to Your Governance
Trusted by Industry Leaders
The Problem
Your Organization Bought Copilot. Your People Still Need a Reason to Open It.
These sessions are built for organizations that have assigned Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint, and for the IT, HR, and department leaders who own the rollout and have watched usage stay flat since launch. Licenses get assigned in a single administrative action. The habit that justifies them does not form the same way.
Adoption does not follow the license. It follows the first moment someone sees Copilot do their own job faster.
The Solution
A Fast, Practical Introduction to Copilot
Sixty minutes built around three things, in this order. No AI history lesson, no model architecture, nothing theoretical.
Inspire
Live demonstrations against realistic business documents and messages, so the room sees what Copilot produces rather than hearing what it might produce.
Educate
Where Copilot fits inside the Microsoft 365 apps your teams already have open, and specifically the surfaces your rollout has actually enabled.
Activate
Prompting techniques and a short set of moves attendees can run the same afternoon, inside your approved use cases and your governance rules.
The session
What Happens Around a Lunch & Learn?
Every session is scoped to your environment and your policies before anyone stands up to present.
Before the Session
Book it, or shape it first
With our standard agenda there is nothing to do but pick a date. If you want the hour customized, we hold a working session first to agree:
- Who is in the room, and what they do all day
- Which topics to cover and which to leave out
- Governance rules and any data handling constraints
- The use cases your organization has already approved
During the session · 60 minutes
A guided, demonstration-led hour
- What Copilot is, in the specific shape your licenses give you
- Live demonstrations against work that looks like your work
- Real business use cases drawn from the scoping call
- Prompting techniques, including what to do when the first answer is weak
- Open question and answer, which is usually where the governance concerns surface
After the session
Attendees leave with something to do next
- Confidence that Copilot applies to their role and not just to someone else’s
- A handful of specific things to try this week
- Recommended next steps for the organization
- A clear view of what deeper enablement would involve, if you want it
Popular Session Topics
Pick one as the spine of the hour, or blend two. The scoping call settles it.
Copilot in Your Flow of Work
How Copilot behaves differently in each app, and which of those surfaces are worth a person’s attention first.
- Word
- Excel
- Outlook
- Teams
- PowerPoint
Five Skills Everyone Should Know
The small set of moves that covers most of what a knowledge worker needs from Copilot in a normal week.
- Summarize
- Transform tone
- Create from inputs
- Analyze in Excel
- Plan in Teams
Prompting That Works
Simple prompting frameworks that raise output quality, plus how to recover when the first result misses.
Common AI Mistakes
Where Copilot output goes wrong, how to spot it before it reaches a customer, and how to build appropriate trust rather than blanket trust.
Copilot for Managers
Planning, team communication, and decision support for people who run other people rather than produce documents all day.
Industry-Specific Use Cases
Examples built around your sector and your workforce, drawn from the scoping call rather than from a generic library.
What Makes the Hour Worth the Room?
Flexible
One session or a series. Remote or on-site. Our agenda as it stands, or built around your own policies and approved use cases.
Practical
Real work on screen. No slideware tour of what artificial intelligence might mean for your industry.
Expert-led
Delivered by the specialists who run the Copilot Activation Workshop and Copilot Catalyst programs. VisualSP is a certified Microsoft ISV Partner.
Interactive
Live demonstration and open discussion. The question period is where most organizations learn what is actually blocking them.
Who Is the Hour Built For?
Mixed rooms work well. The session assumes no prior Copilot experience and no preparation.
Customize Your Session for Your Needs
How do you want it delivered, how much of it you want, and what do you want it to cover?
Remote sessions
Delivered over Teams with no cap on attendance, so the whole department can join without a room booking.
On-site sessions
We are with you for the day rather than just the hour. That includes time with your rollout team before or after, and a leadership briefing on getting real value from Copilot if your executives are available. Both are included in the on-site day.
One session
A single session that works as an introduction, a rollout kickoff, or a low-risk test of appetite before you commit to anything larger.
Series
A series runs the same session for several cohorts, or runs different topics for the same group over a few weeks. Useful when one hour cannot reach everyone, or when different departments need different examples.
Our standard agenda
The session as it stands: what Copilot is, where it fits, prompting, the core skills, and open questions. Nothing to prepare, nothing to decide.
Customized to your organization
We hold a working session first to agree what the hour covers and what it leaves out, then build the deck around your policies, your approved use cases, and where your audience is starting from. The deck is yours to keep in editable form.
Session Pricing
From $900 USD
The starting point is a one-time remote session using our standard agenda. Price is adjusted as we scope the delivery format, the number of sessions, and how much customization you want.
The First Step, Not the Only One
Three offerings, increasing in commitment. Most organizations start here and decide what they need next based on what surfaces in the room.

Copilot Activation Workshop

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the session?
One hour, including the question period. If you want a customized agenda, the working session beforehand is separate and takes about an hour of your team’s time.
Can the content be customized?
It can be, and many organizations do. Our standard agenda is ready to run as it is. If you would rather it reflected your own policies, approved use cases, and examples, we hold a working session first and build the deck around that. The customized deck is yours to keep in editable form afterwards.
Is this hands-on training?
No. This is an awareness and activation session designed for larger audiences, where people watch and ask rather than work along. If you want participants building against their own workflows with guidance, that is the Copilot Activation Workshop.
Can you run it for more than one group?
Yes. A series can run the same session for several cohorts, or work through different topics with the same group over a few weeks. Organizations with shift patterns, multiple sites, or very different departments usually end up here rather than trying to fit everyone into one hour.
What do attendees need to do beforehand?
Nothing. The session assumes no prior Copilot experience. Attendees who have a Copilot license and bring a laptop get more out of the hour, but neither is required to attend.
Low Commitment · High Impact
Ready to Give Copilot a Starting Point?
One hour, scoped to your organization, that sends people back to their desks with something specific to try.
